WebOct 16, 2024 · I assume my fan clutch is toast since its locked all the time. Only one test left, release the air line to be sure there is no air in it and still locked, then start up and see if the air line blasts. That will confirm the fan. Hoping the electrical fault is because its locked and hoping the codes lead me in the right direction.
