WebI did Ties that Bind long ago, it's a good quest, though I did it for FO3 way back. You can't use most FO3 mods with this, so make sure you get a TTW version before installing it. I think most FNV mods will work. Also, leveling is not quite up to speed in FO3. Meaning, you will see higher level creatures earlier than normal.
