WebOct 7, 2008 · Tried my new Inchworm "Lefty" transfer case out in Moab last week. FMD, that thing is fun! Incredible control, especially going down a steep descent or coming off a large obstacle. Notes: I used the 3VZ converter to do my RZ swap, it had the right spline count for the RE trans and the right bolt pattern for the RZ flex plate. VZ flex plate bolts are larger diameter than the R series, but the same as the RZ's. WebJan 6, 2011 · i have a 23 spline lefty case built by inchworm with 4.7 gears and cromoly outputs and quad flanges. selling with out trans adapter. case new was $2350. id like to trade for a right hand drop duel cases 23 spline front case if its stock duels or a 21spliine case will do if it has 4.7 in the rear case. thanks

I looked into it and it is about the same out the door price for either the atlas or lefty and if in the distant future if I went to a different vehicle i could just take the atlas out and use it in something new...

Swap out stock for the 5:1 inchworm lefty or go dual cases with a 2.28:1 tacobox? same price basically.. Tacobox will be slightly lower geared.
